SELF CATERING/SHOPPING: One of the country's finest luxury food hall, department store and supermarket is Stockmann which is directly accross the road and can be accessed by a covered walkway outside the building. Stockmann has two restaurants one with internet facilities. Numerous other large stores such as Kaubamaja are within a few minute's walk.

An alternative to the department stores for dry cleaning is 'washcenter'which is located in Maakri.

BARS,RESTAURANTS,NIGHT CLUBS ETC: There is a Bar & Restaurant serving food until 5am within a 2 minute walk. The Swiss Hotel with its renowned Top Floor Restaurant is Estonia's tallest building, and is also within a 2 minutes walk. There are numerous bars, and cafe's in a 5 minutes walk from the apartments.

TALLINN WORLD TRADE CENTRE: 8-10 minute stroll towards the port.

CONFERENCE HOTEL: In addition to the recently constructed Swiss Hotel, the 5 Star Radisson is within 3 minutes walk.

KEEP FIT: 'Club 26' at the luxury sauna, gymnasium and swimming pool on the top floor of The Reval Olympia Hotel which is open to non residents.Club 26 is renowned as having one of the finest panoramic view of the city and worth entering just for this.
Club Aquila at the Swiss Hotel is one of Tallin's newest and most luxurious spa's, membership is available to non residents.

CONCERTS,OPERA,BALLET ETC: The stunning and recently restored 1911 Estonian Opera House and Concert Building is 7 minutes walk www.opera.ee for forthcoming performances.

CAR HIRE: Sixt and Hertz within two minutes walk.

PARKING: The largest secure underground car park in Estonia is underneath the appartment building.It was completed in 2003 in anticipation of traffic volume by 2010 so there are plenty of spaces always available and very reasonably priced. Accessed by undercover walkway outside building which extends to Stockmann.

TAXI: I have never failed to find one waiting either in the rank at Stockmann or outside The Radisson.

TRAM: Number 4 goes into through the city and number 2 to the port every few minutes and typically costs 15 EEK (75p). Hop on less than a minute's walk from the rear of the apartment building.

FERRY: The fast one to Helsinki for example is a one and a half hour crossing (seasonal) and there are several per day.Luxury cruise liners departs Tallinn early evening with on board restaurants, night club etc and painlessly arrive at Stockholm the following morning! Timings for the return journey are similar. Tallinn port is about ten minutes by taxi.

COACH/TRAIN: To Riga, St Petersburg as well as Tartu (university city), Parnu (summer capital with a fabulous golden beach) etc are all within a short walk/taxi/tram ride of the apartment.
